Jo is an amazing, knowledgable and most importantly passionate trainer. I have been with Jo for over 6 years and I feel fitter and stronger than ever, and most importantly PAIN FREE. I have also attended the Motor Skill Application course with Jo, i can’t believe the difference this has made to my own teaching and now being part of FTE with Faster Glable has enhanced my career and I feel I have gone to yet another level. Jo is an amazing inspiration, she’s helped me so much to overcome my chronic pain and she has so much energy & experience. Jo’s classes and her personal training sessions are fantastic. I’ve been attending her online classes for 18 months now and have noticed a real difference I In my body shape and definition that nothing else has achieved so far. She manages to make each class feel fresh with new routines and new exercises. She also makes the classes a lot of fun. I always look forward to Jo’s online classes. They’re always varied, fun and challenging (but she always gives different options depending on how comfortable you are with a movement/how you’re feeling on the day). It’s a great community and Jo is an expert in the fitness industry so I always know I’m going to get the best workout which leaves me feeling great! She also uses minimal equipment which is great and you can easily replace any equipment with other objects so everyone is included :)
