Fantastic Niggly Knee workshop! Great to learn about knees and find out what I need to do to tweak my training to give my slightly grumpy knee the right workout. Relaxed informal setting in a friendly, small gym.

Thankyou, Jo. Another great session tonight - I am really enjoying the classes. Your plans are so different every session - I am pushing myself and doing new exercises that I didn't know I could do! Having said that, moving about tomorrow might be interesting!!

Started going to Jo’s Gym Fit classes in her own gym. Great classes with plenty of different exercises and equipment. Being older than the other ladies in the class Jo always gives alternatives to make sure you achieve your goals. Have been to her Pilates classes as well which are also excellent. Would highly recommend.

Jo’s Gym Fit sessions are fantastic. She plans a wide variety of exercises across lots of different equipment that push your entire body. Without Jo’s direction I’d be scared to try most of them on my own at a gym, and she coaches you to make sure your form is right too. I had been to a few of Jo's fitness classes at North Gate Arena in Chester in the past, as well as some boot-camp style classes at Delamere Forest in the past - which I had enjoyed.
