  • Jo is an excellent trainer. Her sessions are always well prepared and thoughtfully constructed. They are also fun whilst challenging me. She also offers ongoing support through the week: checking in on mid-week goals and nutrition. She is creative in offering options and solutions to keep you completing goals and staying motivated.   • Jo is an excellent and inspirational trainer. Her knowledge is second to none as is her attention to detail. Our training sessions are so varied and targeted there is not a chance of getting bored or slacking! The nutritional advice I've received from Jo has also helped me greatly, and consequently my fitness and strength are the best they have even been. Would highly recommend speaking with Jo if you looking to get fit and healthy, at any level, or train for an event.
