  • I've been going to Jen for weekly PT sessions now for just over a year, she is fantastic! She is so knowledgeable, definitely knows her stuff. This is the longest time I have ever stuck at any sort of fitness routine & that's down to Jen, she genuinely cares about you as a person & makes your goals her goals.   • I have been seeing Jen for about 18 months and in that time my fitness has improved as has my confidence. She is easy to talk to and very knowledgeable.   • I joined Jenny's classes approx 3 years ago! They are always fun and motivating. She continued throughout covid with zoom and online classes which kept us all going! I have also recently started 2:1 PT sessions as well. Highly recommended!
