Having trained with joe many times I couldn’t recommend him highly enough! His programmes are tailored to each client specifically to reach the goals they want (increased stamina and upper body strength in my case) my form on a lot of exercises was completely wrong but joe managed to fix it with no problems all whilst explaining the reasons for doing so which in turn helped my increase my performance! Ive taken several HIIT classes with Joe and they have all been super challenging but very enjoyable! Each session had a range of excercises targetting the whole body and each stage of the workout was kept fresh and different from the last session. Would reccomend for all fitness needs!
