Jai is a great personal trainer - I had contacted Jai a few months before my wedding to generally tone up and lose a bit of weight. Jai is friendly, makes you feel at ease. He gives great advice and encouragement when you really need it to get another rep in. I went to Jai to regain movement on my arms due to tight muscles in my back. After a few weeks, I have regained so much more movement. I actually enjoy going now and feel great once I’ve been.

Jay was amazing. From start to finish! Very patient, but firm, and got the job done! Safe to say I certainly felt the burn the following day! Haha! Jay made it fun and having someone there to give you advice and show you the correct form made things much so safer! Jay gave me so much confidence in the gym after not really knowing where to start, and how to plan my muscle groups each day.
