Jivita Ayurveda

I went for an udvartana treatment, having recently had one in India for the first time. The treatment at Jivita did not disappoint at all, it was excellent! The centre itself is lovely and Anu is clearly extremely experienced and passionate about her practice. She definitely put me at ease as someone pretty much new to Ayurveda. I’ve already booked another one. Highly recommend :)

Definitely not a cookie cutter massage, Anu worked magic on my knots ✨ I also had a divine facial and learnt some tips about effective, low maintenance skincare. Their Ila oils smell heavenly. The place and ambience is perfect for these treatments, warm and tranquil. Thank you Jivita Ayurveda 🙏🏼🕉️

Such a privilege to be on the first Dorset retreat! Anu has in depth knowledge & experience beyond many, intertwining it all to create her own style and above all keeping things simple. She was a dream to stay with, to learn with, and to return home feeling light & bright and confident about moving forwards myself.
