Never thought of using a personal trainer before, and didn't have a clue what I was doing regards to weight training! but do not regret using Jimmy, have learnt so much, and just having confidence in the gym.
Very knowledgeable and easy to learn from.
While training with Jimmy, he was able to spot problems with my form and advised how I could perfect each movement to gain the best possible gains. Having just picked up a kettlebell he was able to give me a good base knowledge of the key swings needed to progress. I’d recommend Jimmy as a personal trainer for all levels who will give you a 100%!!
