  • Jill’s PT app is really simple to use and offers a wide variety of workouts to suit whatever fits you and your lifestyle, so you can exercise at your own pace, whilst tracking your own progress. I find this less pressurised than the gym environment, which is great for me! It also keeps me accountable as it logs when I’ve completed my workout, so Jill can still check up on me!
