I’ve been working out with Jill for over 2years now. This is the longest I’ve stuck with a PT or gym membership EVER IN MY ADULT life. I love Jill’s approach she makes me laugh in every lesson. My fitness has improved I can do proper press ups now and hold side planks for more than 5seconds. Jill is always giving me a boost with everything else that comes with the working out part. I can't speak more highly of Jill's professionalism and support. She provides you with a daily workout which is achievable for someone like myself who has never participated in a fitness program before and I actively look forward to them. She supplies you with daily nutritional support and inspiration to keep on track with your goals. I have learnt so much in such a short space of time and Jill has changed my outlook to a more positive one for the coming year.

I started working with Jill in August 2020 initially with the idea of 6 sessions to kick start to my fitness. I’m just about to book in for my 18th set of 1hr sessions. Jill is brilliant at her job. Supportive, encouraging, makes a workout fun but also shares with you all the benefits of each exercise, which is highly motivating.
