I started sessions with Jed in the summer after feeling insecure in a gym environment. Jed listened to all my concerns and helped me feel more comfortable and confident with the machines and my technique. I really looked forward to my training with Jed and achieved a lot of goals week after week. He built a plan for me to achieve my targets and was so flexible with my busy work life. Thank you Jed for making me feel at ease and making exercise such a positive and fun experience.
