He checked in regularly to make sure things were balanced and I wasn’t too fatigued.   • Jack is cheery and knowledgeable. He was able to modify exercises on the fly to suit my needs, and knew when to push and when to let me rest. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a PT in Cambridge.
