Just bought Yamaha Arranger keyboard in MetroCentre store. Very helpful in-store and even carried it to my car. Just gotta learn to use the thing now😀👍👍

Easy to find as the store is located in the 'Yellow' section of the Mall, just next to Clip & Climb. if you do have children and fancy a child free experience, you can do that if they like climbing! I bought a great guitar at a good price. Really helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely visit again for another purchase. Thanks for looking after me and helping to guide me. What a great find.

Glad to see I’m not the only one with terrible customer service, when I asked to have a play of the grand piano (as it says on the instrument) I was laughed at and told bluntly “no” not only very disrespectful and belittling as an experienced player but also terrible custom, how can one be interested in purchasing an instrument I can’t even get the feel of? Most instruments required permission to play but the staff are very arrogant, beautiful shop and equipment, Not so beautiful staff.

I bought a new acoustic guitar here recently and the service and selection of instruments was excellent. I was helped out by Andrew who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I've bought guitars online in the past but will definitely be coming back to Windows for future purchases.
