  • Jess is a very knowledgeable and patient PT instructor who has helped me improve my fitness over the last 18 months. She is never pushy but, through active encouragement, she has a unique way for you to demand more of yourself. You'll find yourself pushing yourself to the limit, without knowing it.

  • Jess is a great PT. I feel much much stronger seeing her weekly for about 18 months now. Each session is challenging but fun, never boring (or easy!) She’s also an excellent yoga teacher, first time I’ve ever found a yoga class I really like.

  • I started training with Jess after having an undiagnosed health condition for about 2 years. I'd lost all strength in those 2 years and had gained a lot of unwanted weight, I spoke to Jess and told her I never wanted to feel like that again. Jess understood my goals and has helped me gain confidence in going to the gym, her support and help in the gym has been amazing and I know I wouldn't be where I am now with my fitness journey if it wasn't for her.

  • Jess is a fabulous PT. She listens, she challenges, she encourages and she gets results! She incorporates all types of movement into a workout and can adapt to your particular preferences wherever possible. Easy to get hold of, full on sessions, fun and you certainly know you've had a workout!

  • I have been with Jess for a few months now and I have really enjoyed my time with her. She is very encouraging as well as understanding so my sessions are always great and the exercises she has me doing are extremely effective!!
