You did a class for my Wife recently and she's never come home happier! There seems to be a new breath of life within her, and I can't thank you enough! A great personal trainer. I have experienced Phil's live classes and his online bootcamp and can recommend both. He is fun, kind and encouraging and always able to give good advice on exercise and nutrition. I unreservedly recommend him.

I have been training with Phil for 18 months and I can't rate him highly enough - if you are looking for a PT then look no further! He is highly knowledgeable and I really enjoy my PT sessions with him, from the first session I felt completely at ease. My goodness do I love Phil's pilates classes. I have been attending since January and for the first time in about 2 years I've been waking up without back pain! I'm quite the introvert but Phil has the most calming persona and it really does help you feel at ease from the beginning. I can't recommend Phil highly enough, it's the only class I've ever stuck at!

I first met Phil at his pilates class at Calm in Burton. The classes are easy going and he gives several variations of the moves so you can push yourself harder or if a beginner, have a taste of it without over doing it. He pushes you without making you feel uncomfortable and is really easy to get on with. I've started his diet plan to lose some weight and it's helped clear my mind and get me started quickly.
