I’m currently doing a 12 week transformation programme with Jermayne and have learnt and improved my confidence in the gym so much already. Jermayne really knows his stuff and is alway giving me great advice on nutrition, exercise and attitude. Jermayne has a very professional approach to his training. His attention to detail is truly admirable and i have corrected many bad training postures thanks to his advice.
