Jeremy is a fantastic PT! He gets to know you, your goals, and your limits… so you make real progress with each session. He also keeps it interesting with creative ways of working with your own body weight as well as weights and various bits of gym kit. There is real playfulness in Jeremy’s PT whilst he keeps order and focus on making sure you reach your goals. The perfect balance!

I have been training with Jeremy twice a week for nearly 3 years and the benefits of doing so have been immense. When I started PT with Jeremy, I had never had a personal trainer before and didn't really know what to expect.
