Always a great yoga practice with Jen - inclusive with something for all levels. Jen creates one of those unique classes thats authentically supportive, intuitive, challenging and forgiving all at the same time in a calm and playful atmosphere. A holistic approach to mind, body and breath with seamless transitions - its easy to loose track of time and be in the moment. Hard to describe, you’ll have to experience it for yourself

I've been a regular at Jen's classes for some time now and I would highly recommend. For me personally her class is a great balance of strength and flexibility that compliments my triathlon training. Jen has a calm and playful energy that comes through in her classes, a lovely atmosphere to feel comfortable and challenge yourself.

Absolutely love Jens in studio yoga classes. I work shift work but will attend every class I can. Jen has a lovely style of yoga, suitable for all yogis - both new /old or returning to their practise. There are lots of fun transitions involved and a chance to practise more challenging moves for those who want to try them and challenge themselves. I also would recommend the head massages too!! So relaxing and gets in all those tight spaces around the head and neck areas which I suffer from. 1...

I have recently returned to yoga after a 3year gap. I attended one of Jens group classes and have not looked back since. Her practice is powerful challenging and extremely moving, I am able to connect with myself both physically and emotionally at such a deeper level now. Her guidance, encouragement and extreme patience at times is just what I needed.
