Jenny Tredwell Pt

I have trained with Jenny for a good few years and I couldn't recommend her more! She knows exactly what she is talking about and always keeps sessions fun, educational and motivational, in person or over zoom. Jenny also makes sure your sessions with her are bespoke to you, your needs, strengths and things to work on.
