I have really enjoyed training with Jake over the last 10 months. Jake pushes you to work hard for the results you want to achieve. His classes are fun and you leave really feeling like you have achieved something.

I have known Jake now for over 10 years. His classes are brilliant. He keeps you motivated from start to finish. His ability to make you push yourself is second to none and he will always take the time out to make sure you are doing it right and what the exercise is doing for you. I attend 2 weekly classes ran by Jake & continue my monthly membership at the gym they take place at purely for his consistant, motivational and invaluable knowledge & support. His classes are extremely popular, challenging and effective, and he creates a positive & fun environment for all participants. He goes above and beyond, making time for those who require dietry advise or personalised training plans. First class👍
