I have been seeing Jack for weekly strength training sessions since Aug 22 and I am thrilled with the results I am achieving. Jack's knowledge of human biomechanics seems endless, and his enthusiasm is contagious. Jack is a great guy, really helpful and approachable. I suffered an injury resulting in loss of strength down one arm, after an injury assessment, some soft tissue massages and a few weeks of rehab, I’m back to baseline and feeling great. Jacks always been responsive to my messages if I needed advice with my rehab and always comes to check my progress if he sees me in the gym. Highly recommend!!

Jack has been my personal trainer for a long time now. Before I trained with him, I experienced pain when squatting and felt nervous training in the gym. Jack helped me to build my confidence by providing me with the knowledge and techniques of how to lift correctly. Since then I no longer have any pain and my progress has been exponential with him! Since starting with jack my fitness and strength has improved greatly. Jack is the first personal trainer I've ever had and he knew exactly what I needed. Would highly recommend
