I had sessions with Joe over 12 weeks. Combined with his meal and macro info i reduced my body fat by 10%. Great results and great equipment/environment.

Joe is really professional and has a breadth of knowledge. Off the back of my Physio session, I booked Joe for PT sessions. He really tailors his approach to each individual and educates the technique element of exercise which ensures you are working out safely. Joe is friendly and motivational.

Joe helped me to gain self-esteem after a long period of unbalanced nutrition and fitness activity. His enthusiasm is contagious and, as a result, I managed to achieve great results, even when I thought I couldn't! I have been training with Joe for a year, three times a week and the results have been incredible. Before working with Joe, I had put on weight and was just not fit. Not only did I lose weight but my body transformation was hard to believe. Joe's approach to fitness coaching is just top notch and completely holistic. Taking care of every aspects of your lifestyle (nutrition, posture etc...) he is the perfect PT. And he is a pleasure to work with.

Joe is an excellent personal trainer - I have been training with Joe for two months and have already seen great results. He has tailor made my workout and nutrition plan to fit my needs and the goal I would like to achieve.
