I joined JB coaching in Jan 2022. I highly recommend Jai for anyone looking to train, lose weight or even tone up. Hes given me the motivation to continue losing weight but also kick started my journey. He also provides some great recipes and also on hand for advice

I've had such a great experience training with Jai , he really is a super trainer !! . More focused and dedicated coaching was such a change for me as i was used to much bigger classes. He has really helped my overall strength and fitness improve with great variety of strength and conditioning workouts. Where you can push yourself as far as you like , so suitable for any ability . I’m new to training. However, I’ve been training with JB Coaching for 8 weeks now and it has been a great experience! My fitness level has improved dramatically along with loosing weight and improved mental health. I’ve been able to go at my own pace, I’ve learnt a lot and it’s been fun too! Signed up for another 4 weeks 👍
