Really happy with first PT session. Particularly like the booking system where you can choose your date/time and add a question or request. Was keen to get an overview of my plan and ask questions which happened first. Felt very comfortable to be honest about my anxieties using equipment and reassured PT sessions will provide the support. Confident Jay is available to clarify anything and keep me motivated 👍

I have been training with Jay for around 10 months and honestly has been my best decision this year! I couldn’t have asked for a better Personal Trainer, I feel comfortable at all times and confident I can ask him any questions I have. Would recommend using Jay to everyone he really is the best!

Jay really puts a lot of time and effort into all his classes. He makes them enjoyable whilst working you really hard to achieve your personal goal. He’s always around to give advice when needed and always has a smiley face.

Best personal trainer ever, Jay is very hard working and will help you get the results that you want. Jay is so dedicated to his work it shows with every workout session you come away with the feeling of achievement. His support is amazing he's always prepared to help wether its information about nutrition or just a motivation message.

Jay is an amazing personal trainer, he really knows what he is talking about and is passionate about it. I am a beginner going to the gym and have come out of each session feeling like I have learned a lot and know what I need to focus on next. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals.
