I’ve started my Pt sessions with Jayjay around 10 weeks ago. I wasn’t new to the gym but I wasn’t reaching the goals I set myself hence the reason I went for the sessions. Jayjay tailors the nutrition and the exercises to your needs (some PTs I’ve tried in the past are very general with their nutrition and exercise plan)
You can tell Jayjay loves his job and purely that makes the difference in the sessions. He is very passionate about helping prople, physically but also mentally.
