  • I must say it's the first time I have ever enjoyed exercise! Jay has been so good with every aspect of my training from foods I eat to personal goals. I have been so happy with my results and would definitely recommend. Jay is very easy to get along with, I was made to feel at ease from the moment we met. He has also been very flexible with times as having to find childcare can often be a pain. Highly recommended!

  • So I have been going to the gym for 3 years. Working hard in Body pump and Combat and spin and Body balance you name it I was doing it. The weight was not shifting at all.
