I have been training with Jay at West London Fitness for 9 months. He's polite, professional and gives me the push that I need. In that timeframe I have gained a lot of confidence in myself and my ability to exercise. Overall I am very happy with the results I have achieved and would highly recommend personal training with Jay.

Started 1-1 sessions with Jay to get in shape after giving birth to my son, he made getting back into exercise really easy and listened to what I needed from the personal training sessions. Added bonus my little boy joined me on the sessions which made it really convenient. His PT studio is perfectly set up with everything we needed. Never thought weight training was for me but I found myself loving it. Hitting my goals monthly 🙌

Having worked with Jay in both a class-setting and 1-1 PT, I'd highly recommend him as a personal trainer. Sessions are not only challenging, but also enjoyable - a necessity if you're not a huge fan of exercise. I've seen a considerable increase in strength since following Jay's programming in and out of the studio gym and have found a love for Crossfit, something I'd never have thought possible previously - he's managed to adapt things due to previous injuries and ailments without issue. Jay is a fantastic personal trainer. I went in with a set of goals and within 3 months I'm lifting heavy, eating better and feeling more confident in myself. Jay knows his stuff, he debunks any exercise/ diet myths and explains the science behind what he says. I feel like I get the most of out each training session and always look forward to the next one. I cannot wait to see where i'am physically in another 3 months of working hard with Jay as my PT.
