  • I have been working with Jay for the past 5 months and have been enjoying every session. I have been progressing weekly and feeling more comfortable than I ever have within myself.   • I just finished a 3 month PT programme with Jay and must say it was an absolutely amazing experience. Even though I moved out of London we have decided to carry on with the programme since it worked out so well with Jay. He created a workout plan for me which was clear and easy to follow, he helped me to work on my technique which in turn help me to gain strength.
