Jason is the best personal trainer I could ever have asked for. Provides the most encouraging, uplifting and detailed workout to help with whatever you’re after. Couldn’t recommend him enough :)

Jason is an excellent personal trainer. He helped me train for a half marathon with good hints and tips for the run itself. It feels like I rarely do the same exercise twice in his sessions so it's always interesting. Would recommend!!

Jason is an excellent trainer. He is extremely knowledgable about all areas of exercise and nutrition. Each session is interesting and varied and he really cares about helping his clients improve ...whatever their goals may be. Highly recommended!

We go to the Strength and Functional Systems classes held outside. Jason has inspired us with his energy, knowledge and creativity. The classes are great fun and challenging. We love the camaraderie in the group and always look forward to what new exercises Jason will tempt us with and encourage us to try. We definitely feel the benefit and highly recommend him. Jason’s PT sessions are energetically challenging and lots of fun. Each session is well planned and hugely different, which keeps them interesting. With his encouragement and enthusiasm my fitness has increased considerably. The studio is well equipped whether the sessions are indoors or outside during covid distancing times. Thoroughly recommend Jason.
