Couldn't of been made to feel more welcome, my girls loved it! They were a little nervous but that energy immediately turned into focus as they were coached brilliantly on their induction lesson. I was very nervous starting kick boxing as I dont have great confidence and anxiety but I have now been going for over 12 months I have never felt more comfortable! it like one big happy family, all the staff are lovely and supportive, everyone who attendeds are very welcoming and friendly, I have seen a massive difference in not just my fitness but my confidence too, I would recommend this academy to anyone! Amazing coaches and Amazing students

My Son has been attending this academy for a couple of years now and has loved every minute. The coaches, especially the owner Jason, are superb, patient, passionate and dedicated. My Son has progressed through grading up to green belt and has only been able to do so because of the support of all at the academy. I would recommend to anyone.

I started the ladies group last September but my son has been training in the juniors for just over 2 years. Jason and the rest of the coaches have been fantastic and really supportive. We absolutely love it and always look forward to getting on the mats for our training sessions. Keep doing what you do guys your doing an amazing job.😁
