Avoid like the plague. Woefully managed company, I was underpaid by hundreds (as was the person I replaced) to be told I "didn't understand" the payment terms. An absurdly drawn out affair which took weeks to resolve and finally be paid what I was owed after the threat of legal action. Unsurprising to hear now dropped by the company I was working at and replaced by a security firm who I would imagine pays their employees in full and on time.
