Jane has been my trainer for 3 months now and I honestly can say that I wouldn’t achieve what I have done in those 3 months without Jane. She has not only improved my physical health but also my mental health. When I first started I hated my body and the way I looked, but Jane has given me so much confidence that I’m now a lot happier than before. Also, if I’m having a bad day - Jane is always there to help me feel 100% again. Highly recommend.

Jane’s been my trainer for roughly 2 months I’ve already seen a massive difference in my body but also my mental health. I look forward to our sessions she makes me work hard for my goals and she’s also an amazing listener understanding that this journey comes with its challenges and sometimes aspects of life try to get in the way, but she nonetheless still encourages me to keep motivated. Jane has been my PT for almost 7 months now, and so far, I have lost almost 2st (starting from 12st 9lbs) and feel much fitter and stronger than ever before! She has also helped me lose weight for my wedding at the start of the year, and boosted my self-confidence in my wedding dress.
