  • Jamie runs an excellent variety of classes from fast and furious HIIT sessions early morning to circuits , boxing and kettle bells in the evenings.   • Jamie has been personal training me for over 2 years I came to Jamie with a very fragile back & knees, from his outstanding knowledge he’s managed to transform my injuries giving me great core strength and mobility, I’m now in better shape than I have been for 25 years also my mental health from working out is amazing.
