Very pleased with all the help support encouragement and advice from James Took account of my abilities and needs. Lost a shed load of weight which was my main goal but also helped me around the gym to get a much wider workout. Always looks for new approaches and exercises but keeping an eye on the main goals. Would thoroughly recommend James as a trainer.

I reached the age where muscles turn to marshmallow! James helped enormously getting back to the gym. Building strength again without getting injured and considering the whole person- diet as well as exercise- to help me fulfill my goals. Mont Ventoux would not have been possible without some of the time spent on that damn wind bike!! 😀thoroughly recommend.

Having PT sessions with James is the best decision I have ever made! He has reignited my love for the gym, built my confidence both in and out of the gym and helped push myself to lift weights that I never thought I would be able to lift! Would highly recommend!

James is an excellent PT and running coach who increased my pace almost immediately (through minimal effort my side). He’s well versed in injury prevention and genuinely cares about good form. He writes very thorough and well thought out plans for at home and in gym workouts. If you want to make actual progress in your health and fitness journey, and be educated along the way, hire James.

James is absolutely amazing and a great motivator. His trainings are fun and he has great knowledge about all the exercises that he provides in a well-structured plan that he creates suited for you. He has helped me throughout my weight loss journey and I feel fitter than ever. Definitely would recommend him to anyone!
