James was great as a PT. I was with him for 7 months and saw a lot of progress during the time. I now enjoy going to the gym more and am more confident when I’m there. I saw some positive changes in my body which is great. As a PT, James challenged me when needed but also took it easy when physically I was unwell and couldn’t take it. Great boxing session. James is great at motivating and encouraging . It is a great cardio session and good fun! Highly recommended.

Very good session. We did lower today, and the motivation was excellent. I dont think i would have finished my sets if he wasn't there pushing me to power through the pain, and i feel so much better for it afterwards, as i feel mlike i have achieved something i didnt think i do it. The quality of sets was greatvas he talked me through the best techniques

I can’t imagine a better PT than James. I felt constantly encouraged, was given challenges in a really positive and supportive way and helped on such a personal level. I never had the confidence to do my own exercises in the gym and James has helped me hugely whilst also empowering me to achieve my goals. I’d be so happy to work with him again and would encourage anyone to choose him as their PT.

I started with James two months ago with next time know experience lifting with absolutely zero confidence, since then I’ve gained nearly 10 KG and lifting more then I thought I could from him teaching me and slowly progressing the weight I’m lifting. The best part about it is when I’m going wrong or my form is slightly off he corrects me and shows me where I’m going wrong. I’d say if I hadn’t started with him and continued on my own I wouldn’t be progressing as much as I currently am
