Very professional experience! James helped me regain my confidence and get to the ideal body weight that I’ve always wanted! I was worried about gaining weight again during lockdown but thankfully James offered online classes which helped me stay in shape! Very thankful for the chance to join the James Swan team!

After trying some of James' bootcamps a while ago, when looking for a Personal Trainer, James was the obvious choice for me. He's extremely professional and tailors your workouts to suit your ability whilst also factoring in (if you want it) nutrition. James puts incredible effort and professionalism into his work. He's super knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the method and benefits of every exercise. He spends time carefully planning sessions for every client, as well as the extra advice he gives to things like diet & extra exercise.
