  • Really enjoyed the sessions, pushed in a good way. He explained clearly what we were doing and why. Thoroughly recommend him as provides good results and with the right amount of enthusiasm and knowledge. One of the only physio's that listens and adapts without seeing me in pain. I cannot recommend hm highly enough.

  • Well worth the money. He takes no prisoners, which is what you need if you want results. James does PT for myself and my partner. He does a mixture of cardio and weights. We both needed to tone up in different parts of the body and it's working!
