I've been training with James for 5 weeks now and have noticed a significant improvement in my fitness, along with consistent weight loss. James keeps my workouts interesting and I actually enjoy going to the gym now too, which is something I never thought I'd say! Definitely recommend if you're looking for some motivation and support.

Like a lot of people I don't like the gym but a personal trainer I thought was just for "other people ". Started training with James three weeks ago and loved every workout. He’s been really supportive, checking in with us every day. Really helpful with tips and nutrition. Feel so much better in just three weeks and lost weight and inches too. Would highly reccomend!😄

My husband and I started training with James in March 2020. Since then we have both seen a real improvement in our fitness levels and particularly our strength. I have been training with James for over 8 months and achieved great results, an important goal for me was to introduce fitness into my daily routine and keep going with it for longer than a few wks before giving up.
