  • I cannot recommend this gym enough I had been coming to James for a while but then had a accident which led to me housebound for 3mths James checked in weekly to see how I was doing ,when I was able to start Physiotherapy after only 3 sessions they told me there was nothing they could do with me,I spoke to James about this and he sorted out a plan for me to come in & do twice a week that was 8 weeks ago and I’m now back at work,walking and feeling like myself again . James & his team have excellent knowledge and have used this to help us keep training around multiple injuries, we’ve had over the years. Now we bring our teenage children to the the various classes & we all really enjoy this.   • I hadn't been to a gym in over 20 years. I started with James and the team in August. I was made to feel comfortable instantly. The one to one treatment you get here is second to none. Great range of equipment and plenty of classes to suit all lifestyles. It really is the gym for people who hate the gym. The support you get from the whole team is awesome. I highly recommend

  • I hadn't been to a gym in years and wouldn't have know where to start but James and the team talk you through everything and even adapt anything you cant do. There are classes and gym sessions and everyone works at their own level. I especially like the small classes. Everyone is very friendly if you want to jump start your fitness would highly recommend
