First time going to James Dunn. A young lady called Freyer gave me the best hair wash I’ve ever had. She was so professional, just a lovely girl. My stylist was Duncan. He knew exactly what I wanted and gave me a great explanation about my hair that I could understand. Easy to talk to which made it an even better experience. Pleased with the results and will definitely be going back.

Rebecca is very professional with a lovely attitude, she's meticulous in her design process and really understood and listened to me regarding my desired outcome, she knocked it out the park!!! I'm absolutely delighted with my hair cut and highlights , I cried lol. Highly recommend!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Really great experience. My daughter loved being pampered and said she was so relaxed she almost fell asleep! Her hair looks amazing. Taylor did everything she had explained in the consultation and couldn't have been nicer to my daughter. We look forward to the next visit.

After a really busy day at work, it was really nice to get my hair done this evening. I was able to switch off for a couple of hours, get a bit of work done and still feel like a “new me” by the end of the appointment. This is my second appointment with Katie and she was really patient with me when I was a little indecisive, and talked me through options. I was well looked after but also appreciated the time I had to myself to relax. I love how natural my colour looks and I am looking forward...

The best service ever! Our first visit to the salon and we are definitely coming back! Highly recommend hair specialist Lauren, fantastic girl! She gave us detailed information about the keratin treatment procedure and recommended products for aftercare. My 13 year old left the salon feeling the best. Boss, she well deserves pay raise! ;)
