Highly recommend Jake. I hate exercise but I love Jakes sessions as they’re so much fun. We all have a good laugh so it doesn’t feel like a work out....until the next day! Everyone is an individual and he tailors his craft to suit how each person is motivated.

I’ve been training with Jake for almost a year now and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. I wish I’d have met him years ago. He’s a real easy going guy who’s great to be around - he never lets you do anything but your best and always encourages you to keep working towards your goals. He makes the gym an exciting and welcoming place. :)

I have trained with Jake every week for 4 years. Every session is different and I learn something new every time. He has extensive knowledge of everything training and nutrition wise. He cares about his clients and works hard to help each one fulfil their physical potential and extend their perceived boundaries. I would not train with anyone else. Jake is outstanding in his field.

I spent some time training with Jake after loosing my confidence in going to the gym. Jake was very knowable and pushed me every time. I ended up doing things I never thought I would be able to do! Now I don’t fear going to the gym anymore, thanks to Jake I’ve learnt what works best for me. I would highly recommend :)
