  • We started PT sessions with Jake about 6 months ago and loved them so much we recently signed up to his CrossFit classes too! Jake is really knowledgeable and tailors our sessions to help us reach our personal hiking goals. The classes are full of really friendly and supportive people. Would definitely recommend both PT and CrossFit with Jake!

  • I have been training with Jake for a while now and he genuinely is just the best. I have tried gyms, classes, other PTs and have never felt as comfortable or supported than I have with Jake. He really does just want to get the best out of you and he is a really good listener too. Making sure your sessions are tailored to hitting your own goals. Can’t thank him enough for everything he has done and continues to do for me with my programme and sessions.

  • I've trained with Jake for the past 4 months in group sessions. Jake is more than your average coach - he brings an in depth knowledge of crossfit and resistance training, complete with guidance on nutrition and a comprehensive understanding of the human form.   • I have had Jake as a trainer for approximately 4-5 months, during this time I have thoroughly enjoyed his coaching methods. Every session is different, every session there is a pool of sweat and on average 450-600 calories burnt within a 40-50 minute session. My cardio is on the up, my injuries are on the way down ( i used to get a lot of injury's), as after each session there is a full warm down consisting of multiple stretches of the areas covered.
