Iv been doing my training with Jackjon PT for 4 weeks now and feel great :D. All the team are incredibly motivating and encouraging and the small group classes allow you to improve your technique and fitness. I tried the gym for years but never got the results I have experienced with these guys. I would definitely recommend all of the classes and personal training for anyone interested in getting fit! :)

Jack and the team have been amazing to me, through letting me shadow them taking there classes..I now the top tricks (so you best look out now guys,ahaha). They are all enthusiastic, friendly, fun and professional coaches with excellent knowledge on their specific areas. I absolutely love going down to Bootcamp and Combat as I ALWAYS know I am going to get a gruelling workout whilst having a laugh. JackjonPT makes you want to progress and tackle the harder exercises. I've booked in for 8 weeks of Personal Training with Jackjon, it was something that I hadn't really considered before as I frequently attended the gym in the past so was happy with what I was doing. I sit on my arse at a desk all week, I enjoy my weekends and I can't stand gyms. First rate classes and PT sessions! You want results? Jack is the man for you. Through following his advice and workouts I can now do unassisted pull ups! Not bad for a woman at 38 years old. Starting to see changes else where on my body too! I've always gone to the gym but until I got instruction from Jack i've never had these results...one happy girl :)
