I have been with Jackie for almost a year now. Jackie is a brilliant trainer who I highly recommend. She is very motivating, always encouraging me and makes each workout fun too.

I have known Jackie for nearly 14yrs. We met when I joined one of her kickboxing classes. I then found out she was a personal trainer and Jackie and I have trained together a lot over the years. Jackie has been the perfect balance of firm and realistic. She has kept me motivated, which I am not very good at myself, without making me feel guilty. I have been taking sessions with Jackie for 9 months now and she has helped me to pull myself back from having a weak core and bad back post- pregnancies. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

“I was hesitant about using a personal trainer as you feel you will not live up to their expectations. Not so with Jackie! She immediately puts you at ease, works through your needs and designs programs around you, never judges, and is realistic and supportive. That said, she does put you through your paces and I certainly feel more toned and my cardiovascular fitness is much better. We also laugh a lot which is important when you bare your flabby bits to a stranger!! I cannot recommend her h...
