I have been attending Jackies’ Yoga classes for well over a year now. She has a natural way about her, and involves everyone in the class. First timers find her instruction clear and helpful. If you’ve never done yoga before, Jackie is great at getting you started.

I have had a wonderful massage with Jackie this morning she found all my problem area and gently smoothed them away. She is kind and caring yet professional and explained how I can help myself with different exercises to do at home.
