I’ve been working with Jack for just over a month, and as someone who hates exercise I can say I actually really enjoy my sessions! I feel like I’m being pushed without the aggression I used to associate with personal trainers. Jacks approach really suits me and makes me feel like I can achieve even the hardest of exercises! I’m slowly getting stronger and can’t wait to see where I get to after a few months of sessions.

Jack is a great PT. Always keeping the workouts fun but challenging at the same time. Home work outs are set through the app aswell which really kept me focused and motivated. You can tell that he really cares about his clients and does his best to help them achieve goals. He is always there to answer any questions you may have or just to give a little advice if needed. Would 100% recommend!

Jack is a great PT. I have been training with Jack for over 6 months and have seen my fitness and shape improve massively over that time. Not only does he do the weekly sessions, he’s always on call to answer any questions about fitness, diet etc and sets work outs via a really cool app that helps you keep track of the workouts. After a few months with Jack I feel stronger already, I have never enjoyed exercise but my PT sessions with Jack are always tailored to my abilities with the right amount of challenge to come away feeling good! Jack listens and is helping me reach me fitness goals. I would highly recommend :)

Jack is a really supportive and knowledgeable personal trainer. I have been training with him for nearly 3 months and my progression has been rapid. Jack is great at judging my capabilities and setting challenges suitable and personal to me. I feel so much more confident in myself and what I am capable of. I am stronger and stand straighter. I would strongly recommend Jack as a PT. He has a real want to see people improve and reach their goals. Bonus - he's also a really fun guy.
