Highly recommend! Jacks really friendly, knowledgeable and encouraging. Always checks in with your training and answers any questions you have straight off the bat. 10/10 dancing too 😖😖

I have known Jack for a few years now and I have been one to one training twice a week for a number of months. In this time I have gained a fantastic level of fitness ,strength and lost 6.5 Kgs in weight I can't recommend Jack enough to anyone looking for a personal trainer who is motivated and takes a genuine interest in his clients. Jack has a wealth of exercise based knowledge and experience and is keen to pass a lot of that knowledge on to me during my training sessions. I hope this helps...

Jack is a fantastic PT , I have been training with Jack for a while now with 2 other men. We train as a group but Jack always tailor's our sessions to our individual needs also. He is funny with a great personality and I would definitely recommend Jack as a PT .

I have been training with Jack for 5 weeks and I have already noticed a big difference in my all round fitness. As a runner I used to think I don't need to train legs as running done it for me, but since doing leg sessions I have noticed a difference in my running especially on the long runs. I have missed about 5 weeks of marathon training this year already but in the last 3 weeks my long runs have went from 12 miles to 18 miles comfortably.
