  • Having never tried yoga before in my life I started with Tamara in the beginners group about six years ago and have now progressed to the intermediate group. The atmosphere is warm and friendly with a sense of mutual support and encouragement. I am 67 and wish I had taken up yoga years ago, right now it is a wonderful way to keep a level of fitness and flexibility and an opportunity to take two hours out of my week in which to focus right in on the present and take my consciousness away from ...

  • I have practised yoga for 30+ years and been with Tam for 5 or 6 years. Tam is an excellent teacher of Iyengar Yoga. She continues to learn and grow every year following her advanced trainings in India. As students we benefit too as her intelligence and understanding continues to evolve.

  • This is a great class to learn how to do yoga safely and correctly. Tam is a top class, senior instructor who shows you how to work within your own capability to strengthen and energise your body. My back problem resolved through doing this class.

  • Tam is such an experienced and well trained teacher that I always feel looked after. I love iyengar yoga because even with a disability I can still take part because of the props like foam bricks etc and also because of the fantastic Tam who helps me with alternatives that are best suited to what my body needs. Tam ensures that you are in the correct position so that you don't experience injuries. It is unlike any other yoga I have been to. Try it! It's for any age ability, size, no barriers ...

  • I love Tam's classes! They're challenging but easy to follow, with clear instruction. The relaxation at the end of every class is much appreciated. Tam is very experienced and able to adapt to those that may be stiffer / older etc., often giving different poses or ways to do things if you can't quite manage it. I've never left a class feeling worse than when I entered, and I highly recommend!
