Would highly recommend Jonathan as a PT. Extremely knowledgeable and patient who has a great upbeat positive attitude. Jonathan has put me in exercise zone after lockdown excess and I feel motivated. 10 out of 10. Thanks Jonathan.

Great start to my PT relationship with Johnathon. 2 sessions complete and in those 2 sessions I have learned more about my body than I habe in the past 30 years!! Awesome and very addictive. Johnathon has a great personality and highly likeable, I just know we are going to do good things together and seeing the changes already! Looking forward to a great future!! Highly recommend!

I have done a few sessions with Johnathan now. Johnathan is very friendly makes you feel at ease which was worry for me because I’ve never worked out before. He is very flexible with time and training. Looking forward to working with him more often in the future. Would recommend 10/10

I've had a few sessions with Johnathan and had a very positive experience. He's very knowledgeable on health and fitness and has had a lot of experience in the gym. He's very motivating and encouraging and always gets the best out of you. I've learnt new things from him and am now more confident in myself when going to the gym.
