A very very good course. Intense to do over 4 days but well worth it. The instructor (Michael) was very engaging, knowledgeable and helpful. Some aspects were tricky over Zoom (hence 4 stars instead of 5) but the instructor made reasonable allowances for this. I feel much more capable and confident in teaching since completing the course

The Course was challenging for me because it has been a long time since I was a student and all of it was new. That said, it was very helpful and I have already put some elements into practice. However, there was one consistent source of irritation and that was the conversations that would break out in the classroom whenever the training element was completed and the Task Work began. I attended an ITG First Aid at Work Instructor course last week and am so pleased I did. It was an excellent course with up to date information and course content. The practical part was really good with a manikin for each person and everyone had their own equipment. The instructor was friendly and helpful with a massive amount of knowledge and an engaging way of teaching. I would certainly recommend ITG Instructor training.
